My name is Olga Alexandrovna Cháb Makovecká.
Everything that supports personal growth makes great sense to me. For this, I use conscious movement and touch, voice and breath self-therapy according to PhDr. F.Y.Song, CSs. and also constellations according to Wilfried Nelles.
MOVEMENT and ACCEPTANCE
Free dance respects the person and their individual needs. It provides an open space for intuitive, self-healing movement. Dance can release unexpressed or frozen emotions that can settle in the body. Through dance, we release them safely and release hardened places in the body. We connect more with our body and also calm the noise of the mind.
Dance is a tool for becoming aware of deep presence, playful creativity and sharing with other people.
